Introduction to Big Fish:
BT Fresca is the e-commerce division of BT Expedite, the retail specialist division within BT. The FrescaCommerce platform covers all key retail functions and is behind some of the worlds fastest growing and most successful e-commerce websites including C&A, Clarks, Coast, Habitat, Tommy Hilfiger, WHSmith, Oasis and many more.
Description of role:
Working in groups of 2 or 3, Amy Varga was responsible for implementing signed off designs and functionality to standards compliant, browser compatible, platform compatible and accessible XHTML pages using JSTL and Apache Struts, CSS 2 & 3 and class based jQuery.
Amy worked on the development of the TJ Hughes and Annoushka websites with a focus on the shopping and account pages including account registration and management, the creation of a wish list and the checkout process.
